Recently, our Automatic Coagulation Control Systems have been upgraded to offer unrivalled control capabilities.

Our latest systems are configured to each particular application and we are able to offer control for virtually any water process.

Latest updates include the ability for controlling the full treatment process including a mini SCADA package. This means that the system can control multi-stream and multi-point chemical and flocculation dosing including polymer control and dosed water pH control. When specified with the SCADA option it can also control man other parameters within the plant, such as filter backwashing, air blowers, valve operation and any other control requirement at a competitive cost.

We have installed many systems on a number of plants throughout Scotland, the UK and the rest of the world.

In every case, without exception, the operators of the plants involved report huge differences in the control and balance of the plant. This includes big improvements in Water Quality and savings on operational down time and intervention in the plant. In addition the operators report fantastic reliability of the installed systems, saying that they basically do not even have to touch the system – it just runs and runs.

In plants where breakthrough of turbidity, coagulants such as Aluminium Sulphate, Ferric Sulphate, and even cryptosporidium could occur, again the plant operators report a massive difference in the reduction of breakthrough incidents virtually to zero.
