The CHEMTROL PC6000 Controller is a complete control system that offers chemical automation (ORP, PPM, and pH) plus control of conductivity or TDS, water balance with display of the Langelier Index, temperature and heater control.

It also includes automatic pump and filter control with a choice of automatic backwash programs and full remote access by computer with true duplex operation.

The CHEMTROL PC6000 controller operates like a computer with full-screen displays and direct access to all menus and submenus. The front panel keypad is used to move up and down each menu and enter or exit the submenus. All operating functions can be easily modified from the keypad, including sensor calibration, control setpoints, alarm levels and the programs for superchlorination, sequential backwashing, chemical saving and energy saving.

With the communications package, all facilities can be monitored either by remote computer or by telephone. This allows real-time supervision by management and remote troubleshooting by a CHEMTROL Qualified Dealer or by the factory support department. The remote operation option features true duplex remote control by PC computer under Windows software, including bakground operation while running other programs. The voice telephone option includes status reports, operational control and automatic callout with voice message to up to three different phone numbers in case of emergency.

• The CHEMTROL PC2000 controller is a simple and reliable programmable controllers that is available in three different models.
• The CHEMTROL PC2000 controller features automatic maintenance of water chemistry (pH and ORP) with acid or base feed, programmable superchlorination and chemicals savings cycles and display of the Langelier Saturation Index.
• The CHEMTROL PC2400 controller features automatic maintenance of water balance (pH and TDS - or conductivity) including display of the Langelier Saturation Index.

Options for both above models include water temperature monitoring and display (Option Temp) and remote operation by computer with true duplex Windows software (option REM2).

The CHEMTROL PC2500 controller combines all the above features and options, including automatic maintenance of both water chemistry (pH and ORP) with acid or base feed, programmable superchlorination and chemicals savings cycles and water balance: pH and TDS (or conductivity), including display of the Langelier Saturation Index. It also includes water temperature monitoring and display and remote operation by computer with true duplex Windows software.

For all three models, the four-line Main Screen display enables the operator to supervise all process functions at a glance and to quickly respond to any changing condition.

With the Remote Operations feature, all facilities can be monitored by remote computer. This allows real-time supervision by management and remote troubleshooting by a CHEMTROL Qualified Dealer or by the factory support department. The remote operation option makes it possible to control all operating functions from a remote PC computer.
